Cancellation Policy

Plans change.
We understand.

Our policy is designed to be fair to you and to the guides and drivers who reserve their day for your journey from the moment you confirm.

No refund

At this stage, the guide and vehicle have been reserved for your day and cannot be reallocated. We are unable to offer a refund.

Rescheduling

We would rather
reschedule than refund.

If something comes up and you cannot make your date, contact us as early as you can. Where our schedule allows, we will move your journey to a new date at no additional cost. This applies within any of the tiers above.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed — it depends on guide and vehicle availability — but it is always our preferred outcome and we will do what we can to make it work.

Weather

If conditions affect the experience

Switzerland's landscape is part of nature. Weather at altitude — particularly on routes to Jungfraujoch, Pilatus, and Rigi — can change significantly. If conditions genuinely compromise the experience, we will contact you with options: an adjusted route, an alternative destination, or a reschedule to a better day. We do not issue refunds for ordinary cloud or rain, but we do not run a journey that cannot deliver what was promised.

No-show

If guests do not appear at the agreed collection point and time without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show. No refund is issued.

Questions about a booking

If you need to cancel or reschedule, write to us as early as possible. We handle everything directly — no forms, no automated systems.
