Do I need to pay to reserve a date?
We hold your date for 48 hours with no payment required. Once you are ready to confirm, we take a deposit of 30% and the balance is due 7 days before your trip. Full details are included in every booking confirmation.
Can I book directly or only through GetYourGuide?
You can book directly with us — WhatsApp or email — and we always encourage this for bespoke journeys or if you have specific requirements. Direct bookings allow us more flexibility on date, customisation, and communication.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure — full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable but the balance is not charged. Within 48 hours: full amount is charged unless the cancellation is due to weather closing the summit, in which case we reschedule at no cost.
How quickly can you accommodate a last-minute booking?
For standard routes, we can usually accommodate bookings made 48 hours in advance. For Jungfraujoch and Zermatt, 72 hours is preferable due to advance seat reservations. For bespoke journeys, 5 days minimum. If you are in Zurich now and want to go tomorrow — write to us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
